Once a small hay and grain store, this popular cottage is enchantingly romantic with exposed stone and thick wooden beams giving this pretty little abode so much character. A fully fitted kitchen, cosy sitting room with exposed wooden beams and wood burner in large inglenook, in addition to its own Hot Tub make this the most romantic of hideaways.

Three welsh slate steps lead you up from the secluded private garden into Primrose Cottage’s cosy sitting room, with its large stone inglenook fireplace and wood burner. The wonderfully refurbished cottage has retained all of its charm and offers you all you might need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Primrose Cottage has a television with Freeview channels, DVD player (with access to free DVD library) and BOSE CD/radio. The kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, hob and a microwave.

The en suite double bedroom, on the same level as the sitting room, is beautifully decorated and furnished; the high beamed ceiling offers the focal point for the room. Two steps from the bedroom lead down to the en suite bathroom with w/c, washbasin and walk in shower.

This area is virtually untouched by light pollution and star gazing on a clear night can be made all the more enjoyable whilst sitting in the delicious warmth of your own, private Hot Tub. Primrose Cottage has its own private garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, masonry barbecue and rotary clothes dryer, as well as its own parking place.

Electricity for the storage heaters is included in the rental price as is a complimentary basket of logs and kindling. Also provided are bath and hand towels and cotton bathrobes.

Please see terms and conditions page for further details.

Friday commencement for week long breaks. Short breaks are available Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday (other start dates may be available: these can be discussed at the time of enquiry). Short breaks are unavailable at the Easter, Spring Bank Holiday, main school holiday periods and Christmas and New Year weeks.

Primrose Cottage (Guest comments)

A fabulous cottage for a relaxing winter break! Really enjoyed long walks on the surrounding coastal paths (and seal spotting in Amroth!) and then returning to the hot tub and log burner!! Thank you for the very warm welcome, we’ll definitely be back.

Our first visit to this part of Wales and enjoyed every minute of it. The cottage and its peaceful surroundings plus the hot tub completed a perfect week. Spectacular coastal walks too. Thank you.

Everything we could have wished for. Hot tub wonderful. Wished we could have stayed for longer. Ideal beginning to our honeymoon. Thank you.

Very peaceful and cosy, bed so comfy we could not get up! An excellent base for walking. Did not try any of the pubs, much nicer to stay in the cottage. Thanks for the walk recommendations.

verything you could possibly want in a cottage, cosy and comfortable. The area is fantastic, good walks and boat trips to Caldey and Ramsey islands. We will definitely be coming back. Much more to see and do.
