Ideal for family beach holidays and relaxing winter walking breaks, this characterful and very comfortable Farmhouse cottage, sitting in two acres of gently sloping paddock, enjoys a quiet setting and rural views in the Pembrokeshire National Park. The Farmhouse is a beautifully furnished three bedroom character stone cottage finished to a very high standard and providing high quality holiday accommodation. Maintaining all its charm and character the 18th century Farmhouse has many features including exposed stone walls, stone fireplace with large wood burning stove, beamed ceilings, window shutters, deep sills, tongue and groove latched doors and wonderful sea and rural views. Prior to building a chapel in the village, the Farmhouse was an old Methodist ‘meeting house’, with John Wesley having preached here.
The Farmhouse has one king sized bedroom, one twin and one single bedroom. The twin bedroom can be converted to a super king sized bedroom. Upon request we can also provide a travel cot and high chair and a ‘z’-bed. In essence therefore the Farmhouse can accommodate up to six people. The entrance hall leads you into a spacious sitting and dining room. The focal point of which is the large wood burning stove, with its flickering flames beguiling when lit. A widescreen television with Freeview, DVD player, CD/radio music system as well as good old-fashioned books, playing cards and board games are all provided. For the ‘kids’ (big and small) an adjoining room with a Sony Playstation and selection of games and two comfy chairs completes the ‘in house’ entertainment.
The dining area comprises a large table with six chairs and sideboard. The fully fitted kitchen caters for all your domestic needs. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, and microwave. In addition to the family bathroom upstairs there is also a bathroom comprising a w/c, washbasin and walk in shower leading off the kitchen area.
From the rear of the Farmhouse the patio and Buschbeck barbeque can be accessed. A handful of steps from the patio leads you to the elevated private Hot Tub. Back to the house. Stairs from the dining area lead up to the three bedrooms and spacious family bathroom. The double and twin rooms, with traditional shutters framing the windows, have sea facing views. The single room overlooks the rear and side of the property. All rooms are centrally heated. The master bedroom with king sized bed also has a television with Freeview, radio alarm and plenty of storage area. The twin room (with zip and link beds which can be converted to a super king sized bed) has a large traditional wardrobe, bedside cabinets and radio alarm, whilst the single bedroom has its own wardrobe and bedside cabinet. The large refurbished family bathroom has a w/c, washbasin and bath with electric shower over. A stairgate is positioned at the top of the stairs. All bed linen and towels are provided for guests.
Outside you will also find patio furniture, rotary clothes dryer, as well as parking space for two cars. Gas and electricity is included in the rental price as is the first basket of logs and kindling. Also provided are a bath and hand towel for each guest.

An amazing house, a perfect place to get away, the surroundings are beautiful. A great place to spend my birthday and I’m sure we will be returning on a regular basis. Thank you so much for the cake and for making us feel so welcome.
